Hi, I'm Carly—a woman in her 40s who is finally choosing to do me. I'm a people person who loves connecting, helping and bringing a little more ease, joy and fun into someone's day.

Events have been part of my life since childhood. I grew up in Atlanta surrounded by the industry—my mother works with a well-known event décor company, my sister runs a popular party bus company, and my dad was a DJ for private events. I joined my dad as a motivational dancer and later became part of a large event production company. When I grew older, I began working with clients to bring their visions to life and coordinate their event day. I later chose a corporate path for stability as a single mom, but event coordinating never left my heart.

I have a beautiful daughter who is now grown, independent and thriving. I'm so proud of her, and being her mom will always be one of the greatest parts of who I am. I'm also blessed to share my life with my man, Philip—my first true love, best friend and safe place. Through him, I gained two bonus kids whom I love as my own, and our blended family is a gift I cherish deeply. My favorite place is our quiet country bubble with Philip and our pups, riding four-wheelers, watching sunsets and enjoying this beautiful empty-nest chapter together.

As for the everyday Carly? I'm naturally a doer. If something needs organizing, coordinating, fixing or making prettier, chances are I'm already halfway through it before anyone asks. I move fast, notice the little details and usually add an extra touch—even when nobody requested the “extra.” I love a peaceful home, a good conversation, a fun theme, laughter and, obviously, anything pink.

When I was laid off in the summer of 2026, Philip encouraged me to do what I wanted instead of only what I had to do. It was my chance to get back to my roots—event coordinating and connecting with people. Plus, I'm an organizing champion in my own home, so why not offer that help to others? That's how Catch Carly began.

And I'm creating a corner for what I do best—Talk! I'm a detailed storyteller who loves connecting with others, so giving me a microphone was the most logical next step. I've dreamed of having a podcast for years, and I'm excited to finally build Catch Carly and see what it can become.
